Document retrieval in Mexico

We request official documents on your behalf from civil registries, schools, courts and government offices in Mexico, including certified copies for use abroad.

Many procedures start with a recent certified copy you don't have at hand: a birth certificate from the state where you were born, a marriage certificate, a school transcript or a criminal record certificate. We request the document from the issuing office and, if needed, apostille, legalize and translate it in a single process.

This is especially useful if you live abroad or in a different state from the one that issued the document.

  4. Delivery

    You receive your document digitally and, when required, the original by domestic or international courier.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give you a power of attorney?

For some documents, such as civil registry certificates, no authorization is usually needed. Others, such as criminal records or court files, may require the holder's authorization or a power of attorney. We tell you exactly what is needed for each request.

I live outside Mexico. Can you still get my documents?

Yes, it is one of our most common requests. We obtain, legalize and translate the document in Mexico and send it to you abroad.
